Who we are
The Kenyan Constitution application is developed and published by Arvenson Limited, a software and technology company incorporated in Nairobi, Kenya. This document describes our data practices with respect to this application.
We collect nothing
Arvenson Limited does not collect, process, store, transmit, or share any personal data from users of this application. There are no servers that receive information from the application, and we have no way of identifying, contacting, or locating any individual user.
The application does not include any advertising SDKs, analytics libraries, crash reporting tools, or any other third-party code that might collect data on our behalf.
What stays on your device
The following information is stored locally in your device's application storage and never leaves your device:
- Articles you have bookmarked
- Your preferred reading font size
- Your light or dark mode preference
- Your last reading position
This data is inaccessible to Arvenson or any third party. Uninstalling the application permanently and irrevocably deletes all of this data.
No internet required
The application is fully self-contained. It requires no internet connection to function and makes no network requests of any kind during normal operation. All content — the full text of the Constitution of Kenya 2010, all eighteen chapters, all six schedules — is bundled within the application package itself.
Children's privacy
Because the application collects no data from any user, it presents no privacy risk to users of any age, including children under the age of thirteen. The application is suitable for and safe for all ages.
Updates to this policy
Should we make any material change to this policy — for instance, if a future version of the application introduces a feature that involves data collection — we will update the effective date above and publish the revised policy at this address before releasing that version.
